Now in it’s fourth year, the Monaca Fire Department is organizing its annual Secret Santa campaign. This program is entirely anonymous, in which the only person to be aware of the family’s selection is the person who nominated them.  The fire department then works directly with that point of contact to coordinate what the family needs.  This year the department hopes to be able to increase that number of families they are able to assist depending on donations received in addition to what the department and it’s members contribute themselves.

At this time the Fire Department is looking for nominations and donations to support this worthwhile cause. Details to do so are below.

Nominating a Family:

From now until 12/20/2017 nominations are open for Monaca families whom you feel are in need of assistance in any capacity that our firefighters and community can give back to. Please email these nominations to contact@monacafire.com. In your nomination please include the family name, name of any members, their ages, and why you feel the should be selected.

Donating to Secret Santa Fund:

There are a variety of ways that you can support this cause this year, such as:

Mail: Checks can be made payable to Monaca #4 Fire Department (Memo: Secret Santa) and mailed to 913 Taylor Ave, Monaca, PA  15061.

In person: Donations can be dropped off at the Monaca #4 Fire Department during their Christmas Tree sales.

Business Support:

If you would like your business to help support the Secret Santa Fund, please email contact@monacafire.com.  Support can range from financial contributions to placing boots in your establishment to accept donations.
